Kevin helped in every aspect of the sale, got the house ready for appraisal, did much work to get the house upgraded for sale including bringing in contract workers, and he really helped in the hard market to sell the house.

I had contacted other realtors and a management company to help with an out of state property. I had used a management company that was horrible and in my frustration decided to find a local realtor who would treat my property and myself as a priority. I first talked to Kevin about management and future sale and found that he was the right person. He IMMEDIATELY went to work, was in constant contact with me, found people to clear out the property, dealt with a problem tenant and sent me comps and we got the property sold. He went above and beyond, checking on the property, taking out the trash cans, locking up the gates. I found someone who treated the listing with care and understanding and always was available for any issues. He took care of everything with the best escrow company also.

Kevin Samples and Rockstar realty. This guy is a shining example of a realtor that goes ALL-IN for his clients. To close on my house he was definitely thrown a couple of curve balls but stood fast and brought me all the way along with him. some might say that the deal should have been scraped but he got us too closing. He is the ROCKSTAR. Thank you Kevin

Kevin was a wonderful Realtor to work with. We were relocating, and his expertise about the Reno/Sparks area was phenomenal.
